Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. We reserve the right to ship some orders via FedEx SmartPost (delivery time varies).
Shipping and handling rate information for yardage and swatch orders is provided in the chart below:

The shipping and handling charge for swatch orders is based on the subtotal of the order. Sample orders totaling $15.00 or less ship for $1.95 plus 10% of the subtotal. For shipping rates of sample orders subtotaling $15.01 or more, please refer to the shipping chart above.
When placing an order for yardage, please provide a physical address.
Free shipping (FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Priority only) is only available for orders subtotaling $250.00 or more and shipping to a single shipping address in the 48 contiguous states. Free shipping is not available for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, APOs, AEOs, or Canada. To get free shipping, use the coupon code FREESHIP250 during the checkout process. The free shipping coupon cannot be combined with any other coupon. Only one coupon can be used per order.
Once your order has been finalized, you will be provided a shipping number. Retain this number, as it will be required for tracking as well as returns on ordered items.
Most orders are filled and shipped within 4 working days of the order placement. While we make every attempt to ship every order within this time frame (excluding weekends and holidays), items that require restocking or that are drop shipped direct from the manufacturer cannot be shipped within this time frame. Furthermore, sample orders usually ship within 5 working days of the date they are placed via USPS 1st Class. In the unlikely event we cannot ship your order completely and expediently, we will notify you via telephone and/or email, provided we have your correct information.
It is not uncommon for orders to be shipped in multiple shipments and delivered on separate days, especially when several items are purchased. If you receive an incomplete order, please log into our website to check the shipping status of the other items you ordered.
We do no require a signature upon delivery and cannot be responsible for packages once they are delivered. A signature-required service may be available upon request for an additional fee.
International shipping (except Canada) is not available. Orders shipping to Canada usually ship within two weeks of the order date. All orders shipping to Canada ship USPS International Priority.
You will be contacted if additional shipping charges apply to your order prior to shipping your order. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders with multiple shipping addresses.
Express shipping may be available upon request. Ask our Customer Service department 1-877-625-2889 for available options and shipping times. Express shipping rates are based on the actual weight of the order, so the exact amount of until your order is prepared for shipment. Charges for express shipping will be added to the total of your order prior to billing.
If an incorrect billing address is provided, there will be a $5.00 charge to cover the address correction. If a package exceeds the maximum width and girth measurements accepted by UPS, there will be an additional $6.00 charge.
