Do you offer fabric and trim swatches?

Fabric and trim swatches are available for purchase on our website. Prices start at $1.75 each. Sample orders ship free (U.S. 48 contiguous states only).

Unfortunately, samples are not available for all fabrics. However, we want to do all we can to get you the fabric you want. Most fabrics that don't have samples are available in one yard cuts. If you want to order a yard of a fabric that is not sampled, we will refund the cost of that yard when you place and order of five yards or more. Since we refund at the time of purchase you will need to contact us for instructions either at or by phone at 877-625-2889.Swatches ship via USPS First Class Letter usually within two to four days or less of the date they are ordered. Most swatches are approximately two inches by seven inches or about the size of a dollar bill. Please keep in mind that swatch sizes may vary depending on the size of the pattern and the value of the fabric.

How do I get free shipping?

*Free shipping is only available on most orders of $100 or more and can only be used on ground shipping (see exceptions below). Free shipping will be applied automatically during the checkout process on orders over $100. Free shipping is not available in the following situations:

  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APOs or U.S. Territories
  • Special Orders
  • Some bolt/bulk orders
  • Orders with packages weighing more than 50 lbs. total

If free shipping is not available, we will contact you by phone or email. To find out if your order qualifies for free shipping, please feel free to call our toll-free number before placing your order.

What is your return policy?

It is very important that you be satisfied with you purchase. If it's our mistake we'll fix it to your satisfaction no questions asked.

If your purchase does not meet your expectations for any reason, simply contact us by email or phone within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization and shipping information. (Please note that we do not accept returns for custom, Special Orders; Please see note below). Our toll-free number is 877-625-2889. All return products must be in their original condition-uncut, unwashed, undyed, etc. Returns sent COD or Collect will not be accepted. We do reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. Do you ensure the highest quality product and availability on every order?

Although we cannot guarantee every product's availability, we work very hard to exceed your expectations on every order. Every product is meticulously inspected for defects prior to shipping.

Am I ensured receipt of every item on my order?

It is important to us to ship you a complete order, and that's why we keep a running account of our inventory. In the unlikely event that our inventory is in error and we cannot ship a complete order, we will contact you for instructions prior to shipping. We do NOT guarantee product availability or quantity. Please feel free to call our toll free number (1-877-625-2889) to check the availability of a fabric or trim.

Will my fabric be shipped in one continuous piece?

We make every effort to ship your fabric in one piece. However, yardage is limited by bolt size. Most fabrics we carry generally come to us in 30-yard bolts and are then sold down. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will have the yardage you desire in one continuous piece. If we cannot provide the fabric in one continuous piece, we will contact you for instructions before processing your order.

How do I place an order?
  1. Products are shown as thumbnails. Click the thumbnail to view the product details and a full-sized image of the product.
  2. In the text field provided, enter the desired amount of the product you selected. Submit this amount by clicking the icon labeled "ADD." If you desire, you can change the amount once it has been submitted by entering the new amount and clicking the icon labeled "UPDATE Remove the item from your cart entirely by clicking the icon labeled "REMOVE."
  3. Close the window to continue shopping. Your items will remain in your cart, and the total number of items that are in your cart will be displayed in the top navigation bar. You can view your cart by clicking "View Cart" in the top navigation bar.
  4. The View Cart page displays the items currently in your cart, and allows you to update or remove items.
  5. To checkout, simply click "Checkout" in the top navigation bar. You will be prompted to enter your email address. If you are a new shopper, you will be prompted to fill out your billing and shipping information. When this is completed, you will be prompted to fill out your credit card information. To finalize your order, click the "Purchase Now" button. An order confirmation page will be displayed as well as an order number. We request that you print your receipt and retain your order number as these items will be required to track your order.

Remember our quantity discount and the extra savings you receive when you purchase the breakover yardage.

Your credit card is not charged until your order is ready to ship, allowing us to contact you in the unlikely event that your order cannot be shipped as specified.

Can more than one coupon code be used during checkout?

Only one coupon code can be used per order. For example, the coupon code used for free shipping, FREESHIP250, cannot be combined with any other coupon codes. Please keep this in mind when choosing a coupon code to use during checkout.

What are my options for payment?

We accept all major credit cards. We also are willing to work with you on other forms of payment if you call us prior to placing your order. At this time, we do not accept PayPal or international credit cards.

Why do you need my email address when I place my order?

We use your email address to send your order verification and to address any other issues. We will never sell or rent your email address or any of your other personal information. All of your information is strictly private and we use it only to serve you.

Will I receive a printed receipt with my package?

Normally, receipts are sent to the shipping address and are included in the order shipment.

Do you have a product catalog in print?

No, at this time we do not have a printed catalog available.

Will all of my items arrive in the same shipment?

Sometimes it is necessary to ship fabrics from different warehouses on different days, in that case you will receive items in different shipments. If you think something might be missing from your order, please contact us.
